Ludovica Carbotta (Turin, 1982) lives and works in Barcelona
After a careful analysis of the finalists' projects, selected by a team of international curators and advisors, the BFSP#05 Jury decreed that the winner of the Battaglia Foundry Sculpture Prize, Fifth Edition, is ludovica Carbotta. The artist wins a bursary, an artist residency happening between 2020 and 2021 in the new premises of Fonderia Artistica Battaglia in Milano and an exhibition opening in April 2022 during MiArt Fair.
